Comrpé un piso a finales de marzo de 2008 y, días después, me ha dicho el administrador de la finca que hay q rehabilitar la casa y van a aprobar una derrama para ello en la próxima junta general. ¿Cree usted q puedo exigir al vendedor una indemnización, ya q me ocultó esa circunstancia cuando me vendió el piso?
